Sørlandschips Crème Fraîche & Shallot potato chips with a rich taste of crème fraîche and shallot. This is Leif Arne's version of sour cream & onion, a true classic. Sørlandschips is the original chip manufacturer in Sørlandet known for extra crispy and tasty chips. Our potato chips are fried in peanut oil with the skin on in small portions and on low heat.
