We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.
