Spice Dip:
1 tbsp Reinhartsen fish seasoning, 1 tub of sour cream/creme fraiche and 1 chopped red onion, or a little garlic. Mix together in the sour cream tub and let it "infuse" for half an hour in the fridge before use. Delicious as a dip for most things!
