Spice dip:
1 tbsp Reinhartsen fish spice, 1 can of sour cream/creme fraiche and 1 chopped red onion, or a little garlic. Mix together in the sour cream container and let it "steep" for half an hour in the refrigerator before use. Delicious as a dip for most things!
